Robert began serving as the Pastor for First Methodist in the summer of 2021. Before coming to Lovington, he served as the Pastor for St. Luke UMC in El Paso, TX. Robert served with the United States Army for 21 years and retired in El Paso at Fort Bliss. Robert also worked as a Patrol Officer with the El Paso Police Department before coming to Lovington. Robert  graduated with a  Master of Divinity at Asbury Theological Seminary in May of 2022. He is joined by his wife Christy and his youngest daughter Corine. Corine is  attending Lovington High  School and is excited about what the future has in store for her. Robert and Christy also have two older children, Adam who is married and has two wonderful children of his own and Hana who is currently living in El Paso TX.
